Kvitfjell opened 01. November! 30. Oct 2008 The season kicked off on Saturday 01. of November.

Early snowfall 1. Oct 2008 The planned season opening is right around the corner; 01. of November. Today we were reminded that the winter is not many weeks away. From 800 meter above sea level the mountain was dressed in white. It is about time to go over the skiing-equipment and get ready for another winter-season!

Book your skiing holiday in Kvitfjell now 2. Jul 2008 Never before has Kvitfjell had as much snow as the last season. We hope and believe that the coming season will be just as good! You can allready now book your holiday at your favorite hotel or lodge in Kvitfjell. Kvitfjell is one of Europes most snowsure skiresort, during the last 5 years we have opened no later than November 10th. In the upcoming season we plan to open October 25th and close on April 26th. Vestsiden Express Officially Opens for the Season! 10. Dec 2007 Bjørn Erik Borgen and Ringebu’s Mayor Arnhild Baukhol cut the ribbon at the official opening ceremony.

Let it Snow! 5. Dec 2007 So far we have had a great start of the season and will open up more slopes and lifts this coming weekend.

The Season Has Started 12. Nov 2007 Welcome to the winterseason 2007/2008! The previous weekend we opened the first run and lift in Kvitfjell. The weather forecast is promising for the coming week, and we will open more runs and lifts in the days to come. We took a couple of shots on Sunday. Have a look:

Kvitfjell: Snowsure Resort in a Snowsure Country 20. Aug 2007 Most of Kvitfjell's 25 km pistes are 650 meters above sea level. This season the planned opening date is October 27th.

3 New Lifts and 2 Slopes for Next Year 20. Jun 2007 New developments in Kvitfjell; One 6 seater chairlift, a skilift to a new peak, childrens' skilift, and two new slopes will be ready for next season.
