GudbrandsGard Hotell's Sommelier leads wine and spirits courses for individual guests or groups.
Why do we drink wine?
During our courses, you will learn the basics of wines and spirits. We will be focusing on topics like the storage of vintage wines, what kind of glassware is suitable for drinking wine, pairing food with wine and much more. Wine tasting of various wines is an enjoyable part of the course.
Duration of the course is between 1 - 1.5 hours.
On occasions, we have the pleasure of inviting the Cognac district's Mr.Antoine Braastad from Chateau de Triac to hold seminars on Cognac.
